LUKE 6.47-48 (NLT)

47 Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like:

48 He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock. 

 

We are GROWING a church that is desperately focused on building on a solid foundation, the solid rock of Jesus! God has blessed Transforming Faith Church with a building, an actual church facility; but we know that God has called us to do far greater than just doing church inside the four walls of a building.

OUR NEED

God has given us a building, but we must Transform this building into a HOME! The job of the church is to build the house of God on the solid rock of Jesus Christ. The reality is that many people come to know Christ, and have their lives Transformed through their time in the physical building of the church. Although, we know that the church is only a part of people coming to know and grow in Christ, it does have an important part. We believe that when people feel at home in our space, the church will become more than a building it will become a place of refuge, a place of hope, a place of victory and this building will now become a home in the lives of the people who come through its doors on a weekly basis.

 

We exist to TRANSFORM this world through the awesome power of Christ! That’s why we won’t stop until every person that we come in contact with has an opportunity to Transform their relationship with Christ, to Transform their life through Christ and to Transform their community for Christ. Because when we introduce people to Jesus Christ real TRANSFORMATION begins!
